Our Project

Help Bring Our Vision to Life

This dream didn’t come from comfort — it was born from struggle, love, and the deep need for change. We’ve imagined a place where safety, healing, and dignity are possible, even in the face of hardship. With your support, this vision can become more than just an idea — it can become a home, a sanctuary, and a new beginning. Every bit of help brings us one step closer to turning hope into reality.
Walk beside us, and let’s build something truly meaningful together.

Here, we’d like to introduce every part of our project — from the medical-ready home and guest center to the cat sanctuary and support spaces.

Each part has been carefully imagined not just to meet practical needs, but to bring comfort, dignity, and connection to those who will call this place home — including us, our guests, and every life we hope to touch.

What This Project Is About

— A Vision Rooted in Love, Care, and Courage

This project was born from the most human of needs: the need to care for someone you love when the world no longer makes it easy.

My wife is living with multiple sclerosis — a progressive neurological illness that affects every part of her life. And every part of mine. Together with our cat, we’ve been navigating a landscape filled with hospitals, bureaucracy, and the quiet heartbreaks of things once simple becoming impossibly hard.

But this project is not about what we’ve lost. It’s about what we are still capable of building.

We want to create something lasting. Something beautiful. A home — not just a place to survive, but a space where healing, dignity, and community can truly grow.

This is more than a personal mission. It is a comprehensive vision that includes:

  • A fully accessible home for a person with advanced multiple sclerosis.

  • A space for rehabilitation and long-term care.

  • A guest house with two private apartments, reserved for the most dedicated supporters of the project who wish to visit us and experience the place they helped bring to life.

  • A community center for people from Europe looking for a new beginning in Paraguay.

  • A sanctuary for rescued cats that would otherwise be left behind.

We are raising 21 Bitcoins to make this vision real. These funds will cover land, construction, accessibility infrastructure, medical equipment, and the systems we need to build something that works — not just for us, but for others, too.

This project is also a response to the growing instability and uncertainty we face in Europe — politically, economically, and existentially. The threat of war, rising tension, and the gradual erosion of safety have made us realize we must seek a place where peace and sovereignty are still possible.

We are not asking for charity. We are offering an invitation:

To be part of a project that turns hardship into hope.
That transforms private pain into shared purpose.
That creates a space where life can continue with meaning.

To learn more about who we are and why this matters so deeply to us, visit the About Us page.

This is our second sunrise. And it can shine on more than just us.

2.

Why Paraguay?

— A New Land for Healing, Freedom, and a Fresh Start

Sometimes, the place you’re in no longer fits the life you’re trying to build.
Sometimes, the only way forward is to start somewhere completely new.

For us, that place is Paraguay — not by chance, but by choice. After careful research, long nights of reflection, and deep consideration of what we truly need, we came to the conclusion that Paraguay offers something few places in the world still can: freedom, climate stability, affordability, sovereignty, and space to grow.

But it’s more than that. It’s a feeling — of peace. Of potential. Of being able to exhale and say: “Yes, here, we can build again.”

🌿 A Climate That Heals

For someone living with Multiple Sclerosis, climate is not a minor detail — it is a fundamental medical concern. Cold weather in Europe made everyday movement harder, increased inflammation, and brought more physical suffering.

Paraguay’s subtropical climate offers warmth and stability — easing pain, improving mobility, and supporting the effectiveness of multiple sclerosis treatments like Ocrevus. Sunlight and consistent warmth are nature’s therapy. Here, health has room to breathe.

🏡 Land, Not Just Shelter

In Europe, our options were shrinking. Rentals were expensive, inaccessible, and temporary. Land ownership was out of reach.

In Paraguay, we can buy land, legally and affordably. We can design and build our space exactly for our needs — not just to survive, but to thrive. We’ll build low to the ground. Accessible. Solar-powered. Made for people, not for markets.

💸 Affordability = Sustainability

Everything in Europe — especially when it comes to disability care — is expensive. A stairlift? Thousands. A nurse? Rare and unaffordable.

Paraguay offers lower costs of construction, services, and living, without compromising dignity. With a fraction of what we’d spend in Europe, we can build three buildings — a family home, guest spaces, and a rescue center — and maintain them sustainably.

🛂 A Migration Path That Welcomes

Unlike many countries, Paraguay allows foreign nationals to obtain residency without complex, expensive or exclusionary requirements. We can become legal residents. We can own land in our own name. We can stay.

This gives us not only a home, but a future — free from the fear of being forced to leave or start over again.

🌎 A Place to Live Freely

There’s also a deeper reason. We’re not just escaping a harsh climate or high costs. We are leaving because we no longer feel safe in Europe.

The rising geopolitical tension. The threat of war. The instability in institutions we once trusted. We needed a place where we can reclaim control over our lives, where our existence doesn’t depend on the next policy shift or border conflict.

Paraguay may not be perfect. But it is peaceful. It is stable. It is sovereign. And it allows people like us — ordinary people with extraordinary challenges — to live with dignity.

🧡 Why This Matters

This project is not just a relocation. It’s a reinvention of what life can look like — when you finally find a place where the external world supports your internal values.

In Paraguay, we see possibility. We see room to breathe. We see a future.

And we want to build it — not just for ourselves, but as a space that can welcome others, care for animals, and offer healing for years to come.

Building a Barrier-Free Home with a Rehabilitation Room

— A Home Where Every Corner Understands Her Needs

When you live with a degenerative illness like multiple sclerosis, a home is no longer just walls and a roof.
It becomes a medical environment. A sanctuary. A battlefield. A retreat. And above all, it must be designed with care.

This house is being planned from the inside out — around one person, her body, her limits, her spirit.

🏡 More Than Accessible — Truly Livable

We are building a one-story, fully accessible home, free of stairs, thresholds, and barriers. We want beauty, warmth, and comfort built into every line.

Every hallway wide enough for support. Every room large enough for equipment and movement. Every surface safe and functional — without looking clinical.

🛠️ Key Accessibility Features
  • Step-free entrances and wide doorways

  • Smooth flooring throughout (no thresholds or rugs)

  • Bright lighting with high contrast surfaces for visual clarity
  • Smart home automation for lights, fans, and doors

  • Built-in medical alert system and backup energy supply

  • Bathroom with reinforced grab bars, roll-in shower, and emergency access

🛏️ Rest With Dignity

The bedroom is designed to be restorative, not restrictive.

  • Wide enough

  • Direct access to the bathroom

  • Adjustable lighting and air flow for sleep and comfort

  • Sound-insulated for true rest

🧘‍♀️ Dedicated Rehabilitation Room

One room of the home will serve as a rehabilitation space, helping her maintain muscle function, balance, and coordination.

It will include:

  • Parallel bars and support frames

  • Resistance bands and strength tools

  • Balance aids and posture support

  • Floor mats and therapy seating

  • Space for physical therapy, massage, or meditation

This room is a daily reminder: we are not giving up. We are investing in her strength, one session at a time.

🧑‍⚕️ On-Site Caregiver Suite

Chronic illness doesn’t take weekends off. Having an on-site caregiver is essential — but so is giving that person dignity and rest.

The caregiver suite will have:

  • A private bedroom and bathroom

  • Small kitchen and lounge area

  • Separate entrance for privacy

  • Access to all parts of the home when needed

This balance ensures long-term care is sustainable, not just for the patient, but for the one giving the care.

🌿 Healing Architecture

Nature is part of the design — not just decoration.

  • Large windows for light and greenery

  • Indoor garden space with full wheelchair access

  • Quiet zones for reading, reflection, or naps

  • Solar panels and passive cooling to reduce environmental stress

The whole home will breathe with her — supporting not just the body, but also the soul.

💬 Why This Home Matters

This isn’t about luxury.
It’s about creating a space where she can live with freedom, grace, and safety — without constant exhaustion, danger, or shame.

It’s about designing around her humanity, not her diagnosis.

It’s about building a home where care is not a burden, but a natural part of everyday life.

Guest House With Two Private Apartments

— A Place of Gratitude and Welcome

This is not just a construction detail — it’s a gesture of appreciation.
We are creating a guest house with two self-contained apartments, each designed to accommodate up to four people comfortably. These spaces are dedicated to the most committed supporters of our mission, those who help make this dream real and wish to visit us in person.

🏡 Hospitality With Purpose

These aren’t just guest rooms. They are a place to rest, to connect, and to witness the results of what your support has made possible. Whether you are a donor, a collaborator, or simply someone who believed in our vision — you are welcome here.

🛏️ Apartment Features (Each Unit Includes):
  • Private entrance for privacy and independence

  • One bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a convertible sofa

  • Fully equipped kitchenette

  • Private bathroom with walk-in shower

  • Dining and sitting area with natural light

  • Air conditioning and ceiling fan for comfort

  • High-speed internet and workspace corner

Each apartment will be barrier-free, ensuring access for visitors with mobility challenges.

🌅 For Supporters, Not Tourists

This isn’t an Airbnb. These apartments are not for profit. They are reserved for:

  • Individuals who have significantly contributed to the project

  • People working on-site to help develop or expand the mission

  • Visitors who align deeply with our values and want to experience the space firsthand

🌿 Integration With the Land

The guest house is located just a short path away from the main home — close enough for connection, far enough for privacy. Surrounded by greenery, flowers, and natural shade, each unit will have its own outdoor sitting space.

💬 Why This Matters

One of the worst parts of illness is isolation. But we don’t want to live behind closed doors. This guest house reflects our openness to community — and our gratitude toward those who choose to walk this journey with us.

We believe that support is not just financial — it’s relational.

This is our way of saying: Come see what you’ve helped build. And feel at home while you’re here.

Community Center for European Relocation Support

— A Landing Place for New Beginnings

When life in Europe becomes unsustainable — due to economic uncertainty, bureaucratic barriers, or growing fears about conflict and instability — many people dream of a new beginning. But emigration can be overwhelming, especially for those who need community, guidance, or simply a soft place to land.

This is why we are creating a Community Center within our project:
a space where like-minded people from our home country — or anywhere in Europe — can find orientation, connection, and temporary shelter.

🏠 What It Offers

This is more than a building. It is a welcoming bridge between “there” and “here”.

Short-term accommodation for up to 4 people

  • Two rooms with shared bath and small kitchenette
  • Safe, quiet space to adjust and settle

Community meeting room

  • Educational talks on relocation and self-sufficiency
  • Language and cultural workshops
  • Peer support and group conversations
  • Collaboration with local Paraguayan organizations

Practical relocation assistance

  • Legal orientation, visa advice, land buying tips
  • Help navigating life in Paraguay
  • Emotional support in the transition process
🌍 Why This Matters

Relocating isn’t just about paperwork or climate — it’s about belonging.
We want to ensure that others don’t have to start from zero like we did.
This center will make it easier to land with clarity, dignity, and a sense of support.

🌱 Connection, Not Commercialization

This is not a business. There are no hidden fees.
We’re offering this space because we believe in community migration — and in helping people build new lives from a place of trust and values.

The space will also serve to connect Europeans with Paraguayans, creating opportunities for cultural exchange, mutual respect, and cooperation — far beyond survival.

A Place of Shared Courage

Those who relocate carry dreams and fears.
This community center will be a place where they’re not alone in either.

We believe that brave decisions need warm landing zones.
And that no one should have to walk into the unknown without a hand reaching out.

Cat Rescue Shelter for Up to 50 Cats

— Safe Haven for Abandoned and Injured Animals

Because even the smallest lives deserve peace.

One of the most meaningful sources of comfort in our life — especially in the darkest moments — has been our cat. Her gentle presence reminded us that healing isn’t always loud or visible. Sometimes, it purrs beside you when you can’t sleep. That deep bond is what inspired this part of the project.

This won’t be just a shelter. It will be a sanctuary — where every cat rescued becomes part of a living environment filled with care, play, and quiet recovery.

💡 The Vision

We aim to build a dedicated, natural-feeling rescue and recovery space for up to 50 cats — a home for those left behind, mistreated, or injured.
These animals won’t be caged and forgotten. They’ll be cared for with intention and presence.

🏠 Infrastructure & Design

To ensure the cats are not only safe, but thrive, we’ll include:

  • Temperature-stable indoor sleeping quarters

  • Isolation space for new arrivals or medical observation

  • Full outdoor enclosure (“catio”) with trees, sun spots, hiding areas, and elevated walkways

  • Natural lighting and airflow

  • Separate zones for active cats and shy or recovering ones

  • On-site veterinary care room

  • Easy-to-clean materials with reduced stress layout

👫 Community Interaction

We want this space to be shared. Guests and volunteers will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with feeding, care, and daily maintenance

  • Spend quiet time with the animals in recovery

  • Learn and educate others about animal welfare and responsible adoption

  • Join emotional healing activities involving human-animal connection

  • Take part in photography, storytelling, or social media outreach for adoptable cats

🌱 Sustainability Matters

Everything will be created with minimal environmental impact:

  • Rainwater systems for cleaning and hydration

  • Solar-powered lighting

  • Eco-friendly litter composting

  • Recycled building materials when possible

❤️ Why This Matters

To us, helping cats is a natural extension of our values:
Compassion, patience, protection of the vulnerable, and the belief that even the quietest lives deserve a second chance.

The Cat Rescue Shelter will be a place of uninterrupted kindness — a space where beings who once had no voice, no home, and no safety, can find all three.

7.

The Goal: Raising 21 Bitcoins

— A Finite Asset to Fund a Future Worth Living

When we set out to define the financial foundation of this project, we chose something bold, symbolic, and deeply meaningful: 21 bitcoins.

This number is not arbitrary — it’s a reflection of the total cap of Bitcoin itself: 21 million coins. Our vision is a microcosm of that larger principle. A full and self-sustaining life, built on the values of transparency, independence, and permanence.

🟡 Why Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is more than just digital currency — it’s a lifeline.
It’s:

  • Borderless: Perfect for a project that spans continents.

  • Decentralized: No bank, no bureaucracy — just trust verified on-chain.

  • Resistant to inflation: A hard asset in an uncertain global economy.

  • Transparent: All funds traceable by anyone at any time.

We don’t want a private fundraiser where no one knows where the money goes.
We want a transparent, permissionless, and open journey.

🧮 What Will 21 BTC Fund?

This target allows us to fully realize the vision without relying on any state or private investor:

  • 🏡 Land purchase & legal fees

  • 🧱 Construction of 3 core buildings (home, guest units, cat shelter)

  • ⚡️ Sustainable energy (solar panels, water systems)

  • 🏥 Medical & rehabilitation room with equipment

  • 🧑‍⚕️ Salary for a full-time caregiver (for 2+ years)

  • 🐱 Full development of the cat sanctuary for up to 50 rescues

  • 🚛 Moving expenses & legal immigration processes

  • 🔧 Initial operational costs and emergency funds

🔐 Trust Through Radical Transparency

To eliminate any doubt or concern, we will provide:

  • Open accounting — monthly breakdowns of how funds are spent
  • Smart budgeting — priority spending on essential infrastructure

  • No middlemen — no platforms or intermediaries keeping fees

Every satoshi will be accounted for.
Every donor will be part of this journey — not just in spirit, but on-chain.

🌍 A New Way to Fund Real-World Good

We believe this isn’t just about us.
This is an experiment in human-scale hope, funded with the technology of the future.

By donating, you’re not giving charity.
You’re building a model — a prototype of how people can come together, across borders, to create something real. Something pure. Something lasting.

With 21 bitcoins, we’re not just moving our family.
We’re starting a living, breathing ecosystem of care, dignity, and decentralization.

How You Can Support the Project

— Empowering Dignity, Care, and Resilience — One Contribution at a Time

This project was born not out of luxury, but out of urgent need. It is a response to illness, environmental limitations, and a broken support system. But it is also something more: a vision of what is possible when people come together with compassion and purpose.

Your support makes that vision real.

💛 1. Contribute Financially

Every satoshi counts. Your donation directly funds:

  • Construction of barrier-free and accessible buildings

  • Long-term care and medical infrastructure

  • Shelter and rehabilitation for abandoned animals

  • Sustainability systems like solar panels and rainwater collection

Donation methods:

  • ⚡ Bitcoin (on-chain)

💡 2. Offer Your Skills

This is more than a fundraiser. It’s a collaborative mission.
We are actively looking for people who can help with:

  • Legal guidance and residency process – already resolved

  • Architecture and sustainable construction

  • UX/UI, branding, or design – already resolved

  • Translating and sharing our story

🌱 3. Become a Long-Term Ally

You can be more than a donor — you can be part of the journey.
Subscribe, follow, or collaborate long-term:

  • Receive project updates through our newsletter

  • Join our supporter group

  • Partner with us for future expansion or education efforts

This project isn’t just ours — it’s yours too.

Together, we can build a real place that heals, shelters, and inspires — powered by hope, not institutions.

Let us prove what kindness and decentralization can do when they meet.

9.

Legal and Regulatory Framework

— Clarity, Compliance, and Long-Term Security

From the very beginning, we’ve known this project must stand on firm legal ground. We are not just building a home — we are building trust. And for our supporters, our future caregivers, and the animals we shelter, transparency and legal clarity are non-negotiable.

A Legally Recognized Structure

Our project will be registered through a formal legal entity in Paraguay. This will ensure:

  • Clear land ownership under our names or the foundation

  • Construction permits that respect local zoning and rural development rules

  • Legal hiring of staff and caregivers with fair contracts

  • Tax compliance and formal registration of the animal sanctuary

This means no gray zones. No risky loopholes. Everything above board and documented.

Donations Handled Transparently

We accept donations exclusively in Bitcoin, and every satoshi is tracked:

  • Monthly financial reports with receipts
  • No fiat intermediaries. No platform fees. Just you and us.

This is not a charity with administrative bloat. It’s peer-to-peer solidarity, backed by cryptographic proof.

Immigration and Residency Compliance

We will go through the legal immigration process in Paraguay via the Permanent Residency Program, which offers:

  • Legal stay and ID card

  • Pathway to full integration

  • Right to own property, open bank accounts, and access public services

We will also work with local legal advisors to ensure that our presence, construction, and operations are fully compliant with Paraguayan and international laws.

Animal Welfare Registration

The cat rescue center will be officially registered as a nonprofit animal protection facility. This allows us to:

  • Partner with local vets and agencies

  • Apply for veterinary importation when necessary

  • Access vaccines and treatment legally

  • Give our rescues legal protection from harm or seizure

₿🎁 Accepting donations in Bitcoin — legal and tax information

We would like to explain here how it works with Bitcoin donations that we receive from family, friends, acquaintances, and other acquaintances of our acquaintances:

  • Acceptance of Bitcoin donations is tax-exempt
According to the current legislation in our country, the donation of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin is not subject to any gift tax. There is also no requirement to report these donations anywhere. It is a gift that we receive free of charge, without any obligations.

  • Use of Bitcoins in the destination country — Paraguay
The Bitcoins we have received as donations will not be sold or immediately used for financial gain in our home country. We plan to gradually utilize them in Paraguay, where we will have permanent residency and where the regulations for cryptocurrencies are very favorable.

  • No Legal Issues
We want to emphasize that this method of receiving donations and their subsequent use abroad is fully compliant with the law, and we have no intention of circumventing regulations or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

Why This Matters

We are not fleeing from law — we are running toward a legal, safe, and human-centered life.
This legal foundation isn’t a formality. It’s what allows our story to be sustainable, resilient, and replicable by others.
